G&W Commercial Flooring was founded in 2000 by Jim Gravalis and Steve Woodman. With 45 years of combined commercial flooring experience we knew that there was a need in Western Washington for a highly competent comprehensive hands-on approach to the successful completion of commercial flooring projects at competitive pricing.

Our unique strategy was to invest in service personnel, processes and solutions rather than salespeople, brochures, and hype. This strategy to focus on substance verses form has been validated by our many repeat clients and the continued growth and profitability of our company.

Having been in the local marketplace for many years we had the luxury of being able to identify the best and most experienced industry professionals at every aspect of our service capability. Since we were building the organization from scratch, all systems, facilities, technology and capabilities could be built without the biases or encumbrances of legacy organizations.

Once a project starts every G&W teammate knows the GOAL is to WOW the customer. It's just that simple.
